NOVIDEA Healthcare's Interview and Testing Center incorporates our unique Employee Qualification Process to provide a comprehensive analysis of a candidate's clinical/clerical skill competencies in addition to their character attributes (i.e. work habits, professionalism, interpersonal skills, dependability and adaptability).

Only those medical and dental support staff who have completed the following Employee Qualification Process are considered for employment opportunities:

  • Personal Interview with NOVIDEA Healthcare's Human Resource Consultant
  • Clinical/Clerical Competency Testing Program
  • Completion of Skills Inventory
  • OSHA, HIPAA and NOVIDEA Healthcare Orientation
  • Minimum of 3 Professional Reference Checks
  • Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen (upon request by Client)
  • Verification of Training/Education and Licensures
