The "HR Plus" Program is designed to provide a comprehensive Human Resource infrastructure and to help facilitate the effective communication of expectations to ensure that the doctor(s) and employees are working toward common goals and objectives.

In addition, the "HR Plus" Program provides the practice with guidance on employment policies and procedures and assists both the doctor/manager and the employees in problem resolution related to employment practices.
